We impart preservation in our products with the help of Vacuumized Thermal Processing in our plant. The product is packed immediately after its preparation in fully washed and sterilized Cylindrical OTS Cans. The Cans are subjected to double seaming whereby interlocking the curl with the flange. The curl is the end part of lid, while the flange is top of the can. With the thermal processing of sealed cans, aging of products filled therein gets retarded and upon opening of the can – formed vacuum in side the can gets released and then the aging of product starts.
